I stayed in a Deluxe Family Suite with my family, and the layout was perfect for us. With two queen beds in one room and another queen in the living area, it felt very spacious. The addition of tatami mats made it cozy, although we chose not to set them up. The room was equipped with a washer-dryer which was incredibly convenient during our week-long stay.

My stay at this hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were spacious and had both heating and cooling options, which made for a very comfortable environment. I found the location to be convenient with a subway station close by, although it wasn't the Namba subway. Unfortunately, the service at check-in wasn’t all that helpful, but they turned it around by checkout. The dining experience left something to be desired, especially with limited breakfast choices. Still, for the price, I felt it was decent value, despite a couple of drawbacks.
